By accessing this listserv, you are certifying and confirming that you meet the current criteria for membership in Minnesota NELA, and further agree that you will treat all communications made in this group as confidential communications (which includes not disclosing the content, substance, or author of any communication to anyone other than a member of Minnesota NELA, even if that person is a member of your own office or firm, unless that person is also a member of Minnesota NELA).
